Exceptional intergenerational stay with friends, family, cousins, seminar, bachelorette party between Compiègne and Reims, 100 km from Paris, access by train 1 hour to Paris Nord, 45 min to Roissy CDG, exclusively: 9 large bedrooms, 7 bathrooms including 7 private. Fully equipped, 600 m2, billiards, foosball, darts, soccer goals, fireplace, barbecue terrace, brazier, plancha. Enclosed park, heating, beds made, towels included, self check-in and check-out. The space General rental terms and conditions: A seasonal rental is agreed for the premises whose designation and address are indicated on this Airbnb page; classified as a furnished tourist accommodation, for a maximum of 15 people sleeping and in activities in the castle. The tenant may not leave the premises at the disposal of a person outside their household or group, even free of charge and/or on loan. Description of the rented property: Fully renovated 19th century building spread over three main levels suggesting 1 suite per level whose rooms are possibly connected by the corridor of each suite: The ground floor is composed of a large corridor, a dining room and large equipped kitchen, (hot plates, oven, microwave, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators (including 1 fridge-freezer...), living room with painted stone fireplace usable to make fire from November 15 to March 31, billiards and foosball, 3 bedrooms (3 bedrooms double bed 160/190), 2 bathrooms (1 with toilet, bathtub and sink, the other walk-in shower and vanity unit), a laundry room (washing machine and sink). The first floor is composed of a landing with 1 intermediate toilet, then three spacious bedrooms, (2 bedrooms with double bed 140/190 and 1 bedroom with double bed 160/190) and 3 private bathrooms (with toilet, shower and sink) The second floor is composed of 3 spacious bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed 140/190, 1 bedroom with double bed 160/190, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90/190), 2 bathrooms (with shower, toilet and sink), The maximum number of beds is 15 people, including 2 wooden cots included on the ground floor. The tenant(s) waive(s) all recourse against Mr. or Mrs. HUBERT Antoine and his insurers for any bodily injury, material or immaterial damage occurring during their stay at the Carrière l'Évêque. You are liable if the number of people contracted is exceeded. The parties (tenant and lessor) declare that the purpose of this lease is not to provide premises for use as a principal residence or for mixed professional and principal residential use. Consequently, they agree that their respective rights and obligations will be governed by the provisions of this contract, by the decree of December 28, 1976, as amended, and, failing that, by the provisions of the Civil Code. The premises covered by this contract are rented furnished on a seasonal basis. The entire property is in good condition, bright, comfortable, and equipped with central wood heating. The fireplaces are very old, their use is prohibited, except for one; that of the living room from November 1 to March 31 (ground floor with the deer motif) The lessee will have the use of the entire property, house, park, terrace. The tenant's entrance is through the south door of the castle. Only a few uninhabited and closed farm buildings are not part of the rental, as well as the owner's office and technical rooms which are located in the south wing of the house with independent access. Access to quarries is prohibited. Access to the wood heating silo is prohibited. Access to the boiler is prohibited. The house is located on a 4000 m² enclosed lot. The south facade offers beautiful views of the valley, and opens onto a terrace, awning and garden furniture. The courtyard is enclosed by a wrought iron gate. To the east and west, the property is bordered by two inhabited neighboring castles. To the north of the castle, there is a large lawn surrounded by a pebble walkway and quarry entrance, access to which is prohibited, we are not responsible for any accident during your stay. Fireworks and Chinese lanterns are strictly prohibited. The house is completely non-smoking and it is forbidden to light candles in the bedrooms. No pets allowed. Documentation and tourist maps are available on site. We remain at your disposal to advise you on nearby sports and cultural activities upon arrival. Condition report and inventory: A condition report and an inventory of the furniture made available to the Lessee are provided at the time of the key handover to the Lessee at the entrance to the accommodation. If the condition report and inventory are not drawn up and signed by the lessor, or their representative, and the lessee simultaneously.
