This picturesque house is built on a small peninsula, right above the water, facing the sea from both sides. You can enjoy the sea view simply lying in bed! The feeling of the sea penetrates you just by relaxing on the sofa, without even having to swim! The unique landscape, the quiet rhythm of life and the great food in this village of archaeological interest, will quickly fill you with calmness and relaxation. The bed directly faces the sea offering relaxation and a pleasant sleep. (bed dimensions: 1.40cm x 2.20cm with a latex topper). Τhe bedroom’s balcony door is fitted with a sliding screen. Living room & kitchen. There is an open space living room with a/c, with an exceptional terrace overlooking the sea and a sofa with a latex mattress, ideal for a siesta during any time of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, boiler, coffee maker. Upper level: The upper area consists of another bathroom and a sofa bed, the right place for privacy. A door next to the sofa leads to the veranda with a wonderful view where you can sunbathe with a book or a drink. Furthermore, the house also offers a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a portable fan and a hair dryer. The house has a fireplace and a heater for the wintertime. The orientation of the house is perfect, as it has been one of the first buildings of the village. It is built in manner offering a constant stream of air as natural air conditioning.
