Primrose B is a charming oceanfront three bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story apartment located in a two story duplex house on Clam Cove ( Glen Cove) , with magnificent water views, onsite ocean access just steps to the private water from the backyard. Onsite parking for 2 cars no street parking anytime day or night. The maximum number of people we permit (adults and children) is five total. The property is located on Warrenton Street, Rockport Maine. 2 miles north of downtown Rockland, 5 miles south of downtown Camden and One mile from the Samoset Resort, Country Club and Golf Course, 1.75 miles to the Rockland Breakwatern Lighthouse and 2.5 miles to Rockland Public Golf Course. Beach/Anti-Gravity chairs are available upon request. One can take the chairs down to the water to sit or lounge while watching the passing sailboats and the world go by or just lounge and relax in the sun on the back lawn. Please let us know when you arrive if you will need some chairs. The property has Wi-Fi and HBO, Showtime and NFL Network . Wake up to sunrise each morning, spectacular views of Penobscot Bay and the Islands beyond. Watch the sunrise as another beautiful day unfolds in Maine. Private Water access is from behind the house through the backyard to the a small sandy and rocky beach of Clam Cove where one can collect lots sea glass and sea treasures. Full kitchen with 12 in 1 multi function air fryer, dual function coffee maker, tea kettle, granite counters breakfast/dining bar with 5 stools, washer and dryer, living room , televisions, wood floors. Wireless Internet. Deck with deck furniture and Gas Grill to enjoy family dining on the ocean. Primrose Apartment B has two stories with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with one king bed in each bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower and bath combo. The downstairs bedroom may not be suitable for couples as it is not too private. All bedrooms have window air conditioners and white noise machines. From the kitchen you can access the deck which has 5 easy chairs, large glass top table and gas grill with a side burner. The view from the deck is wide open ocean and also the deck has privacy fencing on both side to ensure guest privacy. We do not accept pets or animals. Pets or animals are not permitted anywhere on the property, inside, on the deck, backyard or anywhere on the grounds. No parties or large gatherings allowed Primrose B is non-smoking, no vaping and no use of e-cigarettes.
