Transformed from a grade 11 listed flint and brick barn to a beautiful, stunning home. With 6 ensuite bedrooms, open fire, hot tub, amazing garden area set in 5 acres of landscaped gardens and a fabulous kitchen this is truly a sensational home for you to enjoy creating many magical memories. The space The barn has been designed with the environment in mind and both the hot water and heating are serviced by an air source heat pump which is supplied by 100% renewable electricity. For cosy toes we have underfloor heating throughout. We have designed the barn so that every bedroom has an ensuite so that sharing bathrooms is minimal. Bedroom one is a stunning master bedroom. Your king size bed which is on a mezane level overlooks your own freestanding bath. With a separate shower and your own walk in wardrobe, this is one fabulous room. Bedroom two and three have a double bed with ensuite shower both with french doors. Bedroom four and five have one double with a single on a mezane level with shower ensuite. Please note these single beds are not recommended for the elderly, younger children or guests who do not like heights. Bedroom six is the annex which has stairs leading up to the three single beds with shower ensuite. The kitchen has ample room with two ovens, induction hob, walk in fridge, four kitchen bar stools, all kitchen amenities. We also have a utility room with washing machine and lots more storage. The dining table is large enough to fit all guests and enjoy each other’s company whether it is to eat, chat or play some games. The lounge area is magnificent with an open fire and plenty of cosy sofas. And if inside isn’t enough outside will not disappoint. We have a very large garden area. The hot tub area is in a sunken garden with bar & stools and seating. A wood fired pizza oven and outside kitchen area with charcoal BBQ. (Available from April - September) We have rattan sofas, rattan sun loungers and egg chairs to keep all guests feeling relaxed. Other things to note Smoking rules; Not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours; We want you to enjoy yourselves but we have neighbours and noise travels so please respect them. Quiet time starts at 10pm. No base speakers allowed on site. Guests; The house is only to be used by the guests that have booked; this is 15 maximum. We don’t want anymore visitors whether they are there for 15 minutes or the night. Any outside entertainment needs to be approved by us. House keeping; Some furniture & walls will stained easily so please be mindful of sofas, bedding, hand prints on walls and our soft furnishings. Cleaning material; There is some basic cleaning materials but we suggest bringing your own with you. Coffee machine; There is a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine if you wish to bring your own capsules for that morning wake up. Hot tub; No food or drink near or in the hot tub please. Rubbish & recycling; Please organise your rubbish into the correct bins and kindly take canisters, or any item that local bin men won’t take with you. Parking; Parking for maximum 10 cars and no commercial vehicles please. Please park on Home barn grounds. Pets; We like pets but this is a no pet barn so yours may be absolutely lovely but it is a no pet barn. Babies; For any guests permitted to come with infants, we have one travel cot and high chair but ask you to provide entertainment. All nappies please place in a nappy bag and dispose of correctly.
