The apartment "Schwanenteich" is located in the Wintergartenhochhaus in the center of Leipzig. City life begins right outside the front door. The main train station is only 100 m away - and yet you sleep peacefully! The space The apartment "Schwanenteich" is located in the Wintergartenhochhaus, right in the center of the beautiful Central German trade fair city of Leipzig. This means pure city life for you. In the 56 m² apartment you will feel extremely comfortable. Central heating is provided. It also has a bedroom (double and single bed), 1 living room with dining table and sofa (can be used as a sofa bed) and is designed for up to max. 5 people. A baby bed would not be a problem! Children are welcome in our apartment. The apartment is also well suited for seniors. Long-term tenants are welcome. Smoking is not desired out of consideration for the next tenants. Towels and linens are available in the apartment and are included. If you want to bring pets, we ask you to ask in advance. Car parking available upon request.
