The space The apartment "Schwanenteich" is located in the conservatory high house, in the middle of the beautiful central German trade fair city of Leipzig. This means pure city life for you. In the 56m²apartment you will feel extremely comfortable. Central heating is available. In addition, it has a bedroom (double and single bed), 1 living room with dining table and sofa (can be used as a sofa bed) and is designed for up to 5 people. baby bed would not be a problem! Children are welcome in our apartment. The apartment is also well suited for seniors. Long-term tenants are welcome Smoking is not desired for the next tenants out of consideration. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment and included. If you would like to bring pets, we ask for prior request. Car parking space is also available upon request.
