Beautiful apartment, in town centre with parking

Recently refurbished Georgian second floor 2 bed apartment in a historic town centre building. The building is the former head office of Suffolk seed stores & was converted into shops & two luxury apartments in the 90s. The location is in the centre of town with a parking space behind the building in a private courtyard. A 2 minute walk will take you to the train station & waterfront & historical Sutton Hoo is just a 5 minute drive. You won’t find a better spot to explore the town & county! The space The apartment has a fresh laid back feel. It’s recently been totally revamped with new carpets, flooring and all the other touches that make it feel great when you’re staying away from home. The apartment has two bathrooms. The main bathroom with a roll top bath; perfect to start your getaway R&R. The second is a lovely new en-suite with shower, part of the master bedroom. There are two bedrooms; one master with double bed & one twin room with two single beds. The apartment style is uncluttered & minimalist. We however try to provide all the essentials, like GHD hairdryer & straighteners just in case you forget yours. Bedside lamps with wireless charging, it’s so easy to forget to pack one. The lounge sofa also pulls out to a double bed. Open plan kitchen/lounge with pretty rooftop views of the town. A bar area to sit four, also a great spot to work from. A good size corner sofa, Bluetooth radio, smart tv & a couple of classic board games too. The kitchen has all you need; full size oven & hob, fridge/freezer kettle, toaster and fully stocked with cooking utensils and cutlery. Guest access The apartment is a holiday apartment you have full access to everything in the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is a second floor apartment so there are stairs and no lift.
