The dirt track, from the general road leading from Ibiza-Sant Miquel, is 1'5 km long, just enough distance so that you can't hear the intense summertime Ibiza traffic. Sant Miquel village, with all the necessary amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, banks, etc. is only 1'5km away, 15mins walking or 5mins by car, Santa Gertrudis village, with it's 22 restaurants, is 5 km away. The nearest beach would be Cala Benirrás, 4'5 km., the beach at the Port of Sant Miquel, is the same distance away. Guest access As the property is unique and exclusive for guests, access to all rooms of the house, terraces and garden is private.
