Relaxed, friendly and at times busy three bedroom detached property, within walking distance of Basingstoke town centre, bus and train stations. Also close to junction 6 of the M3. House is occupied by owner, her full time lodger and Tinkerbell the cat! The space The private room is a small single at the front of the house with some open hanger space and tea and coffee making facilities. There is shared family bathroom, separate toilet and use of the kitchen if required. Guest access The house is a short walk to the town centre which has a full range of shops and restaurants, the railway station - 15 minutes and bus station - 10 minutes. It is 5 minute drive from junction 6 of the M3. There is usually parking available on the drive but if that is full you will be given a permit for on street parking.
