Duplex "Swimming Cats"

DUPLEX AND POOL AVAILABLE Lovely bright duplex in the Avesnese countryside. Recently furnished, independent, it is located in our courtyard, 10m from the house. Several cats and a dog (golden retriever) so animals are not allowed, sorry The JACUZZI is no longer offered as an extra because it is a recurring source of problems with bad payers... Sorry. If you'd like to check in earlier or check out later, this may be possible but for an additional fee. The space On the ground floor are the living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a small fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Upstairs there is an attic bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a dresser and a desk. Ideal for one or two people, possibility to accommodate up to four. You can also stroll in the courtyard and garden. You will undoubtedly meet my cats and Abby (Golden Retriever), who are always happy to be petted! Mattress and pillow protectors, blanket, bathroom towels and tea towels provided. However, THE BEDDING SET (FITTED SHEET, PILLOWCASES, AND DUVET COVER) AND POOL TOWELS ARE NO LONGER PROVIDED (too much abuse...). Breakfast is no longer offered at an extra cost. Guest access Duplex guests are the only tenants who can use the pool and have priority, but the landlord reserves the right to go there when they are not there. The swimming pool can be used during the day, from approximately 9am to 9pm, from approximately June to September. It is not allowed at night. The jacuzzi is no longer offered to tenants because it has caused too many problems. Other things to note Closed and secure courtyard (motorized gate, you have a remote control) and outdoor video surveillance covering the courtyard, the pergola and the pool (not inside the duplex, of course!) Pets not allowed (even small and very nice ones!) to preserve the tranquility of my cats and the dog... sorry
