Duplex "Swimming Cats"

Lovely bright duplex in the Avesnese countryside. Recently furnished, independent, it is located in our courtyard, 10m from the house. Several cats and a dog (golden retriever) so pets not allowed, sorry POOL AGAIN AVAILABLE 😍 The space On the ground floor is the living room with a sofa bed, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there is an attic bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a dresser and a desk. Ideal for one or two people, possibility to accommodate up to four. You can also walk in the courtyard, garden, and discover our vegetable garden and fruit trees. You will undoubtedly meet our cats, who are always fond of petting! Mattress and pillow protection, bath towels and tea towels provided. On the other hand, BEDDING (FITTED SHEET, PILLOWCASES and DUVET COVER) AND POOL TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Breakfast is not provided. Guest access Duplex guests are the only tenants who can use the pool and have priority, but the owners reserve the right to use it when they are not there. Pool can only be used during the day, from 9am to 9pm approximately, when it is daylight. Jacuzzi for an extra charge (€5/pers/30 minutes). Please book no later than the day before, to allow time to heat the water. To be paid upon arrival, non-cancellable. Other things to note Closed and secure courtyard (motorized gate, you have a remote control) and outdoor video surveillance covering the courtyard, pergola and pool shelter (not inside the duplex of course!) Pets not allowed (even small and very nice!) to preserve the tranquility of our cats... sorry
