Duplex "Swimming Cats"

DUPLEX AND POOL NOT AVAILABLE (resumption in May/June approximately, until the end of August) Lovely bright duplex in the Avesnese countryside. Recently furnished, independent, it is located in our courtyard, 10m from the house. Several cats and a dog (golden retriever) so animals are not allowed, sorry SWIMMING POOL NOT AVAILABLE (until around May/June) The space On the ground floor are the living room with sofa bed, small fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Upstairs, there is an attic bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), a dresser and a desk. Ideal for one or two people, possibility to accommodate up to four. You can also walk in the yard, garden, and discover our vegetable garden and fruit trees. You will probably meet our cats, always fond of caresses! Mattress and pillow protection, bathroom towels and dish towels provided. However, BEDDING (FITTED SHEET, PILLOWCASES AND DUVET COVER) AND POOL TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Breakfast is not provided. Guest access Duplex guests are the only tenants who can use the pool and have priority, but the landlord reserves the right to go there when they are not there. Swimming pool usable only during the day, from about 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., from about June to September. The jacuzzi is no longer offered to tenants because it has caused too many problems. Other things to note Closed and secure courtyard (motorized gate, you have a beep) and outdoor CCTV covering the courtyard, pergola and pool shed (not inside the duplex of course!) Pets not allowed (even small and nice ones!) to preserve the peace and quiet of our cats... sorry
