I have been instructed that in the event of an infringement and a violation of these rules, I am liable to the provider and the respective rights holder. 5. I know that the Internet connection is provided to me free of charge and voluntarily. The provider can therefore deny me access to the Internet at any time - especially if there is a suspicion that I have violated German laws or these rules. 6. If there is a suspicion that I have used the Internet connection unlawfully or contrary to these rules, I must provide the provider with truthful information about the type, time and duration of my Internet use. 7. This contract comes into force with the booking of a room and is valid for the entire duration of the provision of the Internet connection.
