Easy walking distance of the local pub and shop, 2miles from the vibrant market town of Skipton “Yorkshires, Gateway to the Dales”. Ample free parking on site. A perfect location for couple/small group / family who want to relax in the great outdoors or explore Skipton and beyond. Pets/infants at no extra cost! No cleaning fees. Sky/Netfix included. The space There is an enclosed patio area with table and chairs for the private use of this accommodation. There is also private parking immediately in front of the accommodation. A small croft can be used which is at the bottom of the house drive, which may be useful for those bringing dogs. Guest access Guest can make use of the private patio area which forms part of the accommodation as well as a small croft at the bottom of the house drive. Private parking area is immediately in front of the accommodation which gives you easy access. Other things to note We are dog friendly and have 1 big dog (Vinny) and 1 medium sized dog (Barney) , both are very friendly boys , and may venture round to see you particularly if treats are involved ! Because of our dogs, we ask that the main gates are left as found. The accommodation area is enclosed, so our dogs cannot come into your area. Whilst the accommodation can cater for four people, the accommodation is cozy and is probably best suited for 2- 3 adults or a small family. The second bed is a double sofa bed in the living area. The bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom. Please also note that we will accommodate children under 2 however you would need to bring you own travel cot and highchair. We also have CCTV, covering our property.
