Situated on 4 acres of Lake Keystone waterfront, this rural 3025 square foot lake house is ideal for family vacations, fishing trips or serene retreats. The split level home offers lots of flexibility and comfort with 2 family rooms, game room with pool/ping pong table, central heat/air and great lake views from inside the home or on the deck. The full kitchen is newly remodeled and fully equipped. A covered picnic shelter, boat dock and private beach ensure hours (or days) of outdoor fun! The space **COVID-19 RESPONSE: Additional time and attention is paid to cleaning and disinfecting the space, including doorknobs, faucet handles, light switches, TV remotes, high traffic areas, kitchen and bathrooms. The home is ventilated during cleaning, linens and towels laundered with the hottest water and dryer settings available, and bookings are spaced 48 hours apart from one another.** This property has a Hominy mailing address, but is NOT in Hominy. The property is actually situated on Lake Keystone 22 miles southeast of Hominy and closer to Sand Springs than to Hominy. The home is equipped with a whole house water filtration system offering filtered and softened water from every tap. The house is at the end of a paved county road. Go slow over the 2 cattle guards you cross through a small area of open range on the way to the property. There is great fishing off our private boat dock, and a swimming beach on the other side of the peninsula. The picnic shelter is perfect for outdoor eating, enjoying the fire pit, watching birds and boats go buy or just hanging out. Great site for small work, family or church group retreat! The yard is vast, and almost of it is on an incline which leads down to the lakefront. Guest access Guests can access the lake from the property by walking a short distance. Guests have access to anything in the fridge, as well as staples like coffee, tea, spices, sugar, etc. We do have a private boat dock, great for fishing and swimming around (no diving due to large rocks). However, it is not available for guests boats unless special arrangements are made with host PRIOR to reservation. Message host to discuss boats of any kind. Other things to note The property has an additional cabin on site- it may be booked by other guests at the time. Access is not included with the house booked. The parking area and picnic shelter are shared spaces with the cabin. There are a maximum of 4 parking spaces available for lake house guests. Spend the day at Jellystone park swimming in their outdoor activity and spray pools (the water is chilled to keep it cool and refreshing), ride the 2-200+ feet water slides, play on the largest wibit aqua park in Oklahoma, or even your own boats or jet skis! Other nearby attractions include Windycrest sailing club (6.7 miles), Keystone state park (12.6 miles), sand springs (17 miles), Osage casino (17.8 miles), Yogi Bear’s Jellystone park (16.8 miles by car or 8 miles by boat), Gilcrease museum (24 miles), Tulsa international airport (32.7 miles), Hallet motor racing circuit (33.6 miles). Big Al’s convenience store with gas, ice, and food is only 6 miles from the house. Get all your fishing supplies at Woody’s Bait and Tackle at the highway 412 and Prue Road junction.
