This spacious private room is a fantastic space for your stay in Providence. Comfortably sleeps two with a luxurious, brand-new queen size bed & lots of special design touches. As you arrive, your room will be waiting for you - recently cleaned and prepped. This room is on the 1st floor. Please note that you're renting a SINGLE PRIVATE BEDROOM within a larger apartment. You'll have a secure lock and a key for your own bedroom, so you can lock it when you leave for the day (or when you're there). All of the common areas are available for your enjoyment. The living room and kitchen provide a great place to relax after a day of exploring Providence, connect with other guests that may be staying at the same time, or just read a book on a couch. Our fully equipped kitchen is available to all of our guests. You can use the fridge and all of the appliances while you're here as well! There is a full bathroom in the house which is cleaned regularly. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ***Please take a chance to read our Frequently Asked Questions:*** 1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, as well as 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per bed. 2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels in the kitchen, and dish soap. 3. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen: toaster, microwave, fridge, oven, stove, various size pots & pans, kettle. We do have a Keurig coffee machine, although we do not provide the K-Cups (guests are welcome to bring their own). 4. Do you allow pets? – No. We do not allow pets under any circumstances. 5. What time is check-in and check-out? – You can check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 11:00 AM. In case you are arriving late, it’s not a problem -- as it’s self check in, you can come at any time as long as it’s after 4:00pm. 6. Is an early check-in possible? We don’t allow earlier check-ins as we do need time to prepare the house before your arrival. 7. What type of unit/ listing is this one? You are booking a private bedroom inside a shared house. We do have 3 other rooms in the apartment that are also rented to other Airbnb guests, so there will be other people in the apartment during your stay. Common facilities, such as bathrooms and kitchens, are all shared. This apartment is located on the first floor of the building. 8. How many bathrooms are in the unit? 1 bathroom. 9. How fast is the internet? Our download speed is as fast as 175Mbps. The service is very reliable and the wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues. 10. Do you offer laundry? No, You can find a Laundromat just 5 minutes away from the house at Showcase Laundromat. Once you book and if you need the location, I can share it with you. 11. How does the parking work? – There is free street parking available. on Valley St a few minutes' walk from the house. There is also Off street parking available on a private parking lot 10 minutes walking distance from the house. 12. Is my room safe? - Absolutely, your room will have a lock so you can close and lock it when you leave or while you’re in the room. If you need anything, we’re just a message away. Every room has a different and unique door code. 13. What is the neighborhood like? - You’ll be staying in Olneyville which is an up-and-coming neighborhood of Providence. The street itself has a bit of an industrial feel to it, but it’s incredibly convenient. You’re just a short walk away from restaurants in Olneyville and Federal Hill and very close to downtown and College Hill. You can walk anywhere you want and you’re never more than a 5-10 minute drive away from anywhere you’d likely like to go. So while the street itself is not the prettiest, it makes up for it in convenience. Guest access You'll have access to the fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. These areas will be shared with other guests. Access to the fridge, with private shelf space offered for each room. Fresh towels and linens are provided upon arrival. Additionally, toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided free of charge. Other things to note - CHECK-IN - The room will be ready for check-in at 4pm the day of arrival. - CHECK-OUT - Guests must check-out by 11am on the departure day established in their reservation. However, feel free to leave your luggage in the common area to pick-up later in the day - as late as 3pm. - SECURITY CAMERA -Please note that we have a security camera outside of the house by the front door for the safety of all guests.
