It is fully equipped with 2 sleeping cabins, WC/washbasin, separate shower, kitchenette with fridge-freezer, gas hob and oven, seating area, satellite TV and CD radio as well as air conditioning. Enjoy the view of the water from the terrace. Here you can switch off, enjoy the sun or have meals together. Mobility is provided by a powerful 25 hp pusher engine and a bow and stern thruster. An inland boating licence is mandatory, otherwise a charter licence must be obtained for a fee in a 3-hour instruction course on site. For reasons of safety on the water alone, a boating licence is recommended. There is a car park for a fee at the Erlebnishof (key handover). Additional costs are incurred for petrol consumption and, if applicable, a mandatory extended skipper's liability insurance. A deposit of 1000 EUR must be transferred to the owner before arrival. This property does not participate in the small claims concept. The skipper is fully liable for any damage to the rented property that exceeds the amount of the deposit. The starting point of your boating holiday is the Lower Havel Waterway, which is characterised by extensive kilometres of river. From here you can begin a long journey in the middle of one of the most beautiful water sports areas in Germany and even Europe. The lower Havel lowlands have been a licence-free waterway since 2005. Our Havelbiber houseboat offers you the opportunity to experience this unforgettable journey. At the various guest moorings, you will receive information about the respective sights and restaurants in the vicinity. In the event of extreme soiling due to dog hair or other pets, an extra cleaning fee will be charged on site.
