Feel welcome! Enjoy your vacation in pure nature and in our detached and cozy vacation home, which was newly furnished in 2015 and has been regularly modernized since then. The open river valley of the Rur and the forests of the Wassenberger Horst characterize the charming landscape of your vacation spot. The space Family-friendly and senior-friendly (Installers ONLY upon request and possibly with a deposit - dogs upon request and with a cleaning fee of 25.00). 95 sqm of living space on one level 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (can be pushed together) up to 6 people, Bathroom with shower and bathtub/toilet separate, Kitchen with dishwasher Partially covered terrace with terrace furniture, lockable, large garden (regular maintenance work possible even during occupancy), 3 parking spaces right in front of the house (in agreement with the landlord), Washer & dryer (in the basement) for a fee, Children's travel cot & high chair if needed, Ping pong table in the basement. Guest access You drive by car to the driveway and go from there to the terrace. You will receive the keys contactlessly through the key safe. You can then enter the house through the main entrance door at the driveway or the side entrance on the terrace. Upon departure, please hang the keys back in the key safe.
