Guest suite in Nashville

Hello and thanks for considering my Airbnb! This is a private ground-floor basement unit that has been turned into an Airbnb. It is 500 sq ft with a private entrance. Inside is 1 queen bed, a sectional sofa that could sleep up to two more people, and an air mattress that can be accommodated upon request. There is a full size bathroom with a large tub/shower and sink/vanity mirror. This unit has central heating and cooling, with a remote to change temperature to your desired comfort. The space There is a 42 inch smart TV with easy access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Also strong Wifi signal in the studio. Guest access The location is great - 10-15 minutes from downtown Nashville (depending on traffic and where you are going), but also 10 minutes from Brentwood, and 15-20 minutes from Franklin. This a great central accessible location. Other things to note There's a nice size fridge that can fit small food and beverages. A keurig machine is in the room with coffee k-cups that are provided. The room is stocked with complimentary snacks and bottles of water. Toiletries including sheets, towels, shampoo and soap will also be provided. Late checkouts/checkins can be accommodated upon request.
