Description
Please read. A comfortable, clean, private uncluttered standard double-bed annexe with en-suite, kitchenette and sitting room looking out onto the garden in a residential road, for 'single occupancy' only. Most suitable for those working (regular hours) in the area as guest will be required to vacate the property daily between the hours of 11.00-16.00 or thereabouts. The space There is free parking and a side entrance if guests wish to store their bikes. Tea, coffee and fresh milk (or alternative - please advise) will be provided for the first few days of any stay. Guest access The garden is not for guest use. Other things to note Please note this is a non smoking non vaping property. During the day please expect some noise ie. it's a green residential area and there's always someone (a neighbour for instance) cutting their lawn (usually petrol mowers) or possibly hedge/tree trimming/felling. The bins are collected on a Wednesday morning (8.30am ish) so again this can be a little noisy with wheelie bins and dustcarts. Also, I have no control over building work that is currently happening during the day (April 2026). I can however say it is most peaceful in the evenings and at night.
