Located 5 km from Villefranche-du-Périgord (all shops), this 65 m² semi-detached house is adjacent to a year-round rental and 50 m from the Romanesque church (bells ring every hour and half hour from 8 am to 10 pm). The raised ground floor (12 steps) comprises a living room with a kitchenette, Wi-Fi internet access, and a 108 cm TV. There are two bedrooms with duvets: one with two single beds (90 cm) and the other with two double beds (140 cm). A shower room and separate WC are also provided. Electric heating is included. A private, unfenced, shaded garden of 200 m² is located behind the house. A terrace, garden furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue are also available. Linen and heating are included.
