The space Please note that while my apartment is newly modernised to a high standard the building was constructed in 1976 and is therefore not a sleek, stylish apartment block. However, because it was one of the first developments, it has one of the best locations and views. My apartment has 3 bedrooms and is licensed for 5 guests. However I think that it is ideal for 2 or 3 guests, good for 4 but not ideal for 5. You can request for 5 directly with me. The living room and master bedroom have patio type doors opening on to the south facing terrace . All the rooms (except bathroom and cloakroom) are bright and airy and have open views. The property is fully equipped with everything that you will need for an enjoyable holiday. I provide cleaning and laundry and bathroom products as well as tea and coffee. The terrace is undeniably the USP of this apartment as there are very few, if any, apartments in Javea that have such a lovely view and face due south. In the summer months the terrace is shaded during the mid day period by the terrace above and this provides welcome respite from the strong sun. In winter, when the sun is low in the sky, the terrace has day long sunshine so perfect for autumn, winter and spring holidays. From the apartment it is a pleasant walk along the sea front to the port (20 mins) with yet more bars and restaurants while the picturesque old town is a 5 minute drive or bus ride away. FIESTAS in Javea are great fun and well worth experiencing. The old town's main fiesta is in June culminating in the Nit de Foc or night of fire on the 23rd and fireworks and other excitements on the 24th June. In July the port celebrates its Moors and Christians fiesta from the 13th to the 21st July, the famous parades on the latter days. The port is again in fiesta at the end of August until the 8th September. The first week is very much for locals but the last two days have a Nit de Foc and fireworks and are well worth experiencing. DAY TRIPS. There are several good options but it depends on the time of year. In July and August it will probably be too hot for you to want to go anywhere other than the beach. During the rest of the the year both Alicante city and Valencia are well worth a visit. Buses run from Javea. Benidorm is only 40 minutes away and has a lovely zoo (Terra Natura), Terra Mitica theme park (opens in May - Oct?) and two water parks. Guest access You will have sole use of the entire apartment. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION. To comply with the Valencian Government's Tourist Law for licensed properties I will be asking guests who are staying for 10 or fewer nights to supply me with the required information for the Interior Ministry. This will include full names, date of birth, address, telephone number and Passport number for each and every guest.
