It includes: -Kitchen with dining table, Finnish everyday design tableware, fridge, oven-microwave-hybrid, stove with 2 plates, clean drinkable water from the faucets -Living room with brand new furniture: chair, desk, sofa bed, TV, coffee table, air conditioning -Sleeping corner with 120cm wide bed (+ sofa bed 144 cm wide + extra bed available). Bed sheets and towels are included to the cleaning fee. -Private toilet with own shower -Own entrance from the beautiful garden to a private, sunny terrace (with a table and chairs) -Free high quality 100 mbps fiberbased internet connection (Wi-Fi) Guest access Key handover to be agreed separately. The studio has a private entrance from the south side of the building. You can't get into the studio from our home. Our yard building has a separate, 4m2 clean room exclusively for guests, which is available to you whenever you want (24/7). Since the room is located in a separate building, laundry and/or drying does not interfere with our or your peace of mind in any way. The laundry room has a washing machine, a freezer and an extra wardrobe. Other things to note Activities: There are plenty of great outdoor activities near our home: - We live right next to the Espoo waterfront, where you can run, walk or cycle in the beautiful Espoo seaside scenery. The entire route is about 40 km long and extends to Helsinki. - Cycling in the surrounding area with a beach bike (2 bikes) - Swimming on the sandy beaches of Kivenlahti (approx. 2-3km) - There are also water buses departing from Kivenlahti, which you can take to nearby islands, for example, for a sea lunch or just to explore the wonderful islands. Services nearby: - Very well-equipped S-market about 700 m away.
