"Copacabana" Tiny House Studio Terrace Garden

Rated 2 stars, in the 1st Nantes crown, 30 minutes from the beaches, 3 minutes from the airport, Lake Grandlieu and at the crossroads of the tourist routes of the region, "Copacabana" is part of a listed property of character: old Italian-style stables renovated in accordance with the building. Copacabana, "tiny house" studio (improved mobile home) has a dedicated landscaped terrace garden. The space Copacabana has: - 1 living room with a fitted kitchen and a sleeping area (140 x 190 bed with super comfortable mattress) - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet - 1 dedicated garden terrace with garden furniture and summer BBQ - 1 parking space only - adjoining a 2-person cottage, another 4-person cottage is located on the property as well as our home. GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION: The accommodation is located at the start of many trails for beautiful walks where you will go through equestrian fields and villages to the edge of Lake Grand Lieu, a natural reserve of France. The property has quick access to the southern ring road and can easily accommodate workers on assignment. Bus 8-min walk, tram 8-min drive, Pornic 30-min drive. Although 3 minutes from the airport, little noise disturbance because the property is not located on the flight paths, but you can hear the planes! CAUTION: - The accommodation is heated to 20° – you don't have access to the controls. - 1 parking space in the secure property. - Unauthorized guests. - unauthorized electric vehicle charging. Other things to note The dedicated terrace is adjoining another terrace of the 2-person cottage next door. Out of respect and for the tranquility of the other cottages, hosting guests, even during the day, is not allowed (circulation and parking of additional vehicles, discussions and lively outdoor noises)
