The space This apartment, located on the ground floor of a beautiful house comprising three independent apartments, includes a fully equipped kitchen open to a small living area with a view of the Mont-Saint-Michel Bay. It offers three sleeping spaces, including one on the sofa bed in the living room (for one person). The bedroom, tiled and furnished with a 140 x 190 cm bed, has two high windows overlooking the rear of the building, providing a peaceful environment for the night. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. A plus for this rental is its private parking space in a closed garage (1 space suitable for a small to medium-sized car). Guest access The entire accommodation is accessible to travellers. Other things to note What you need to know about the flat les Chants de la Houle : - The flat is located in a house composed of 3 flats without lift: the flat le chant de la Houle is located on the ground floor - Linen is optional at 20€ / pers. The linen kit includes bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel per person. Please bring your own tea towels. - Small dogs are accepted for a supplement of 10€/D - To be paid before your arrival - The parking space in the garage is suitable for a standard-sized car. - A member of our team will be there to welcome you on your arrival and make sure you have a pleasant stay on your departure. - Late arrivals after 8 PM are possible with a supplement of 40 € to be paid on arrival.
