At the entrance, you will find a sheltered and sunny outdoor seating area with comfortable garden furniture – an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or the evening sun in peaceful surroundings. The ground floor features a spacious bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, two bedrooms with double beds, a separate walk-in closet, and two children’s rooms – one with a 120 cm bed and one with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed if needed. There is plenty of space for the whole family. On the main floor, you will find a large and bright living room with direct access to the terrace and stunning panoramic sea views. This level also includes a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest WC, and a laundry room – everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. On the third floor, there is a cozy TV lounge with a black sofa, where you can unwind while enjoying beautiful views of Grimstad’s picturesque archipelago. At the back of the house, you will find a charming garden room with sea views and a private sauna for up to four people – perfect for relaxing after a day by the water.
