Balkonpe Rural House I. Ideal house for rest and for families with children

Rural house located in Udabe, small village in the middle mountain of Navarre, quiet and mostly cattle, ideal to discover the Sierra de Aralar or the Urbasa-Andía Natural Park. BALKONPE I (ucr01006) 3 star category. Rural house located on the ground floor of a new building. There are no architectural barriers for access to housing. It has parking next to the door. It has direct access to a large garden in which there are garden furniture and barbecue. The house is equipped for 4 people + 1 extra (a total of 5 people). It has kitchen-living room and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two small with option to put extra bed in both). Each room has its own bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, washing machine, blender, iron, toaster, ...). In the living room there is T. V, Blu-rai and stereo. Wi-fi zone in the house. It has heating in all rooms and we have a cot. We develop agrotourism activities (we have Pyrenean cows, a small flock of sheep, donkeys, piglet, rabbits, poultry and a small garden). Possibility to rent together BALKONPE I and BALKONPE II, so that 10 people could gather and have the whole building.
