This is a Winter chalet style holiday, fully catered, for groups of 10 to 12 people. Ideal for groups of families or friends. Not a noisy party place, but family or relaxed groups of friends. It includes sofia airport transfers to Bansko and back and pickup to gondola base station daily. Winter snow shoeing is also offered at £495 pppw, full board OR just have a day out with us. Summer Trekking week is £450 pppw (full board included) see Pirin Adventures website to book this please. The space GROUPS OF 10 to 12 Bansko is a hub for outdoor activities both summer and winter. We provide full airport pickup, transport, trekking routes with a leader, food and accommodation in your all inclusive price. We take stress out of booking and organising your holiday. If you want us to organise a pass and ski hire give us at least 4 weeks notice. We run the Chalet Farm house style manner, breakfast is around 7:30am leaving at 8:30am. Food is there for you to make a packed lunch. We have an afternoon cake in the communal dinning room with coffee and tea. Dinner is served at 7:30pm and is a three course meal with a vegetarian option AND you can book wine etc in advance from us at an extra cost, but its so cheap in Bulgaria you might prefer to go choose you own wines and beers from the shops in Bansko. We do have one day off from serving, but you breakfast and lunch items are left in the fridge for you to serve yourselves. Then you have a free night to go and sample a dinner out in the town, so we cater for 6 evening meals. Bedrooms and living dining space We have 4 bedrooms and this summer we are hoping to update so that one bedroom can be divided into 2 rooms to give more privacy for the groups. As soon as its completed we will update the photos. The group floor area has 2 bedrooms, kithcenette area, one shared bathroom and is the dining area for the group. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, hopefully soon to be 3, with a lounge and one shared bathroom and again hopefully an extra toilet and its own kitchenette area including your own fridge for your lounging activities. The main kitchen is on the group floor in a sperate apartment, where I live and its means I do not bother you through the day time except access to the fridge/freezer at the entrance on the ground floor, or setting the tables later in the afternoon. Every morning we have a set time to take you to the gondola station, generally we agree 8:30am the night you arrive, but please feel free to make changes to this. Then a pickup again from the gondola station at 4pm if you ring me to let me know. Most groups find they prefer to walk down after skiing so they can sample the cafe scene and apre Ski, which I have to say its really good for entertainment and variety and value for money. THe airport pickup fee is added as a resort fee and is £30 per person return from Sofia airport as due to fule price increases all pickups have gone up wildly in price. If you need another airport you will need to pay extra. Guest access Front door to the apartments had a code which we send you when you pay for your booking. Other things to note We have shoes off policy indoors, so bring slippers or flipflops. A no smoking policy so if you smoke take the jar and put tab ends in and smoke outside away form the apartments. I live next door in apartment 2 so am on hand when needed and I have a dog called Riley who lives with me in my apartment and uses the garden. Also other guests in neighbouring apartments do have occasional animals.
