The house is located on a private plot of 1200 m2, fully fenced, closed by a gate The space The open kitchen is fully equipped: electric oven, microwave oven, gas and electric cooktops, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor hood, kettle, filter coffee maker and capsule coffee machine (Tassimo), toaster, raclette machine, waffle maker... Table with 6 chairs. It overlooks a beautiful living room area with 2 sofas and an armchair, flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove (wood is provided free of charge and at will). The sleeping area consists of 2 nice bedrooms: The first with 1 double bed (160 x 200) and the second with 2 sets of 2 bunk beds (4 beds of 90 x 200). The bathroom offers a very large walk-in shower and a sink, electric towel rail. The toilet is separate. The house has central vacuuming for easy cleaning, it is very well heated with electric radiators in all rooms and the wood stove in the main room. You have a high-speed fiber optic wifi connection. A semi-open garage will allow you to park your car safely and another can park in the closed courtyard safely. You will appreciate the calm and tranquility of the place, by the river, and in a small hamlet without much traffic, but 2 km from the essential shops. Only 1 small, clean and well-behaved dog is accepted. Starting point for many activities such as hiking, trail, mountain biking... Close to Jura tourist attractions: 15 km from the Reculées de Baume les Messieurs, and Chateau-Chalon, 30 minutes from the Cascades du Hérisson, Arbois. And 15 km from Louhans and its traditional poultry market on Monday morning... Guest access Totally independent house just for you. Other things to note You will leave us a deposit check of €400 upon arrival. If you don't have a check, you'll leave us this deposit in cash. This will not be cashed and will be returned 5 days after your stay if the house has been returned in perfect condition, tidy and the cleaning has been done correctly (bathrooms and kitchen cleaned, vacuumed and mopped in all rooms). You must bring your own sheets. But we can provide them on request: €10 per bed to be paid on arrival From October to May the vacation rental is heated by a wood burning stove (dry wood provided free of charge and at will). Electric radiators are available in every room. You can heat yourself in this way, but with a surcharge, depending on consumption.
