The house sits on a private plot of 1200 m2 fully fenced, closed by a gate The space The open kitchen is fully equipped: electric oven, microwave, gas and electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor hood, kettle, filter coffee machine and capsule coffee machine (Tassimo), toaster, raclette machine, waffle maker, etc. Table with 6 chairs. It overlooks a beautiful living area with 2 sofas and an armchair, flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove (wood is provided free of charge and unlimited). The sleeping area consists of 2 pretty bedrooms: The first with 1 double bed (160 x 200) and the second with 2 x 2 bunk beds (4 beds 90 x 200). The bathroom offers a very large walk in shower and a sink, electric towel dryer. The toilet is self-catering. The house has centralized suction to facilitate cleaning, it is very well heated with electric radiators in all rooms and the wood burner in the main room. You have high-speed fiber wifi. A semi-open garage will allow you to park your car in the shelter and another can park in the enclosed courtyard safely. You will enjoy the peace and quiet of the place, along the river, and in a small hamlet without much traffic, but 2 km from the essential shops. Only 1 dog, small, clean and well-behaved is allowed. Starting point for many activities like hiking, trail running, mountain biking…. Close to Jura tourist sites: 15 km from the Remote of Baume les Messieurs, and Chateau-Chalon, 30 minutes from the Cascades du Hérisson, Arbois. Other things to note You will leave us a deposit check of €400 upon arrival. If you don't have a check, you'll leave us this security deposit in cash. It will not be cashed and returned 5 days after your stay if the house has been returned in perfect condition, tidy and the cleaning has been done properly (sanitary and kitchen cleaned, vacuum cleaner and mop passed in all the rooms). You must bring your own sheets. But we can provide them to you on request: €10 per bed to be paid on arrival From October to May the vacation rental is heated by a wood burning stove (dry wood provided free of charge and at will). Electric radiators are available in every room. You can heat the place this way, but with a surcharge, depending on consumption.
