Welcome to our sweet 45 sqm small holiday bungalow in Lichtenberg /Franconia, which is in the heart of a holiday park. In the middle of nature surrounded by the Franconian Forest next to the Lichtenberg bathing lake and Höllental. Modernly furnished with satellite TV and fast Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms, shared parking, pets welcome. We are the perfect starting point for hikes and excursions into nature. We are right on site and will be happy to help and look forward to seeing you soon! The space Welcome to our vacation bungalow in Lichtenberg 95192, Upper Franconia, Bavaria. Our cozily furnished bungalow is located in the heart of the Lichtenberg holiday park surrounded by the Franconian Forest. By the way: it is also cozily warm in winter when it has icy temperatures outside. The 45 sqm bungalow was built in the 80s and lovingly renovated by us in 2018. There is a bedroom (large double bed, infrared heating plate), children's room (single bed + baby travel bed), small shower room (floor and wall heating) and open living area (sofa bed, satellite TV, split heating) with a small kitchenette (mini oven, portable double stove, kettle, coffee machine) and dining area. The sun terrace offers an extendable table with 4 chairs, a parasol and a Weber kettle grill (lighter, charcoal and cutlery available in summer). The small garden is in the south, but is not completely fenced. This is for dog owners and parents with toddlers. The bungalow is ideal for 2 to 3 people. However, it offers overnight accommodation for 5. Please be aware in advance that the entire living area is only 45 sqm!!!! (The pictures of the listing were photographed with a wide angle, so the impression could be that the living area is larger). 1 minute walk away is the community parking lot. The holiday park itself is surrounded by the Franconian Forest with a sweeping view of the medieval Lichtenberg Castle. A 5-minute walk away is the idyllic swimming lake (Frankenwald See) which invites you to walk, sunbathe and swim. Even in winter, the countless hiking trails and Leupen are attractive.
