Welcome to our sweet 45 sqm small holiday bungalow in Lichtenberg /Franken which stands in the heart of a holiday park. In the middle of nature surrounded by the Franconian forest next to the Lichtenberg swimming lake and Höllental. Modern furnishings with satellite TV and fast Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms, shared parking, pets welcome. We are the perfect starting point for hikes and excursions into nature. We are right on site and happy to help and look forward to seeing you soon! The space Welcome to our holiday bungalow in Lichtenberg 95192, Upper Franconia, Bavaria. Our cozily furnished bungalow stands in the heart of the Lichtenberg holiday park surrounded by the Franconian Forest. By the way: also cuddly warm in winter when it has icy temperatures outside. The 45 sqm bungalow was built during the 80 ´ s and lovingly renovated by us in 2018. There is a bedroom (large double bed, infrared heating plate), children's room (single bed + baby travel cot), small shower room (floor and wall heating) and open living area (sofa bed, satellite TV, split heating) with a small kitchenette (mini oven, portable double hot plate, kettle, coffee machine) and dining area. The sun terrace offers a pull-out table with 4 chairs, parasol and weaving ball grill ( lighter, barbecue charcoal and cutlery available in summer). However, the small garden is to the south not completely fenced. This as an info for dog owners and parents with toddlers. The bungalow is ideal for 2 to 3 people. However, it offers accommodation for 5. Please be aware in advance that the entire living area is only 45 sqm!!!! (The images of the listing have been photographed with wide angles, so it might give the impression that the living area is larger). 1 minute walk away is the communal parking space. The holiday park itself is surrounded by the Franconian Forest with wide views of the medieval Lichtenberg Castle. 5 minutes' walk away is the idyllic swimming lake ( Frankenwald See) which invites you to walk, sunbathe and swim. Even in winter, the countless hiking trails and Leupen attract. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed. We would be very happy to welcome you as our guests! Pets are welcome! Wifi is free of charge!
