House in the Hills&Woods, 6-20 guests, Prague 20km

Rustic cottage & sauna, with a garden on the hills in the famous National Park of Krivoklat. Nature, walk trails, tens of km of cycling paths right next to the house. Large garden is ideal for sunbathing and there is also place for grilling with outdoor seating. The lower half of the property is in the woods near a creek. Prague is 20km away by car. Up to 20 guests can sleep here(23tight). There are 2 bathrooms. Wonderful views to the surrounding valley! Alert - dirt road 1km to the site. The space Fully equipped in modern and 1940's style. Lots of solid wood in the interiors, a big gathering room with a great view, close contact with nature in a nice countryside neighborhood. Guest access Guests can access the entire property. Other things to note There are a lot of stairs in the house and on the hills. The main bathroom is spacious size shower corner. The other one can be uncomfortable for very tall people. We don't recommend coming with low sporty cars: the access road is rural = dirt road for about 1km and about 200m of quite bad dirt road (drive slowly). In heavy snow access can be difficult especially on this last 200m. THE PHONE SIGNAL - connections: Just to be advised, the phone signal isn’t great there. Once you are in the cottage and connected to the WiFi, people can contact you through messenger or whatsup, but they won’t be probably able to reach you through normal phone number. Operator T-mobile is the exception. If you are roaming, try to choose this network if it is available. IMPORTANT: the house is in the middle of the forest. It is very important not to open the windows with the lights on, or you will have large amounts of insects flying inside!
