Close to Downtown LA and very accessible to surrounding areas. Note: 2 night minimum. The space Includes: Sitting room with sofa bed, (full size) bedroom (queen bed) and full bath with shower. small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available. internet, cable tv, Location: small charming community with nice shops and restaurants. 3 minutes to metro station. convenient access to freeways. Guest access Parking for one vehicle in carport. Note: the carport driveway has recently been upgraded. no more bottoming out for lower vehicles. Private quarters with door lock. Shared entrance, Electronic keypad on door also a lock box with key for access, use of laundry on weekly or longer stays. Full access to patio and backyard to enjoy the view and outdoors. OK to pass through main house to access the backdoor to patio. Other things to note We are follow a strict Cleaning protocol for the safety of our guests. Entire place is cleaned and sanitized after before and after each check in/out. Bedding and towels washed with highest temp. Towels with bleach. All living quarters are completely private and separate from main house. Shared entrance and shared door to patio. Parking is just below the house in carport. There are automatic lights in carport. You will find a walkway in front of house that takes you to the entrance.
