The entire finished 9 foot daylight basement in a newer house. 1800 sq feet. It's private, clean, and has a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and full sized-refrigerator. Also private bedroom and bathroom. My basement is a mix of comic and sports stuff. But's huge and pretty private too. Also, just got a new queen sized bed this past Winter(2019). There’s a pool table too. 3 tvs. Guests are free to use the kitchen upstairs as long as they inform me first. Available either in person or by phone.
