Secluded Beach Retreat, Perfect Family Vacation

Get ready for the best vacation of your life! A great villa built right on the beach. Just open the yard door and step on the beach! Only three houses have access to the beach in front of the house so it is practically private. The house is fully equipped, has a BBQ, hammock, multiple sunbeds, inflatable toys, tables to accommodate large groups, etc. The space The ground floor of the house consists mainly of the living room equipped with a huge couch and the dining area with a large table, enough to host your whole company. The kitchen is rather spacious and allows for big meals to be prepared. on the ground floor there is also a small bedroom with one bed and a common bathroom with shower. The first floor consists of four bedrooms, each of the two bathrooms is shared between two rooms. Three rooms have single beds that can be combined in to one kingsize bed and one has a queen bed. All are equipped with A/C units. Both bathrooms have tubs. On the side of the house, on the first floor and accessible through the common balcony or by its own staircase, there is another small studio apartment, with its own living room, fridge and bathroom with shower that also features two single beds, that can form one king size one. In that apartment there are also 3 extra foldable couch-beds, making it ideal for a family with kids as it is able to sleep more than 5 people. At the side of the house there is a storage space, where all the sunbeds, inflatable toys, chairs, tables and stuff are stored. It also has a big fridge that is accessible from the garden and there's also an outside bathroom with shower. The garden, in front of the house has access to the beach, where you can enjoy the Greek summer under the sound of the cicadas :) The house has a total of 6 bedrooms. 4 bedrooms have two single beds each (that can be set together or separately) and two bedrooms have one double bed each. The total number adults that can sleep in the house is 12. Extra beds can be added in the larger bedrooms to accomodate children up to a total of 18 persons. Upon communication i will set up the rooms according to your group's needs. Guest access Guest have access to the whole house except one small storage space where we store our family's linen and personal items, as we also stay in the house a lot. The indoor garage area will be locked. This is rather useful in case of family with small children as there are a lot of powertools and buckets of paint around (necessary for the maintenance of the house) which do not need to be accessible by the guests. Crib is provided per your request. Other things to note The house is located just outside the town of Kiato and 10 minutes away from Xilokastro. Both have nice nightlife, cafeterias and very nice seaside tavernas/restaurants where you can enjoy Greek cuisine. The closest convenience store is about a 15 minutes away so It is advisable that you have a car available as it will be needed for casual supply runs. Registration Details 00003398188
