Appartement in an idyllic house in the forest

Newly renovated and rearranged apartment! You will find a peaceful retreat, great hiking routes, a lot of silence and even convenient homeoffice. The basic price is for up to 4 people, including living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, terrace, garden and parking. The space Your appartement is at the garden floor and is accessible at ground level and without steps. You have your own garden and a nice sunset terrace to relax, wich are both directly connected to the appartement. From your bedroom you can see the sky full of stars at night and in the morning sometimes even the deers coming from the forest. # Your well-behaved dogs are very welcome. In the area there are also some small ponds for swimming that you can easily reach by car. Don't hesitate to ask for more information. Guest access Appartement, bedroom, terrace and garden Other things to note # Our horses will probably stay there also. You will not need to have contact to them, but if you want to, please contact us to make sure everything will be ok for you, us and them. # We are happy to welcome dogs as well. Please let us know in advance and make sure, that they will NOT SLEEP IN THE BED OR ON THE SOFA. By breaking this house rule we will charge you a fine of € 100,00 per item for extra cleaning. Also your dog must not chase our cats or want to fight with our dog ;). # Smoking is not allowed in the rooms! By breaking this house rule we will charge you a fine of € 1000,00. # In Austria each person older than 15 years has to pay tourist tax € 2,50 per day.
