The two queen bedrooms have been recently renovated with new large mounted Smart TVs, renovated private bathrooms each with a sleek glass enclosed walk-in shower with frameless glass door, a rain showerhead, new marble single vanity, backlit vanity mirror and a luxurious heated floor. Climb the porch staircase to access the second-floor combined living areas featuring the sought-after open floor plan featuring living, dining, and the recently renovated kitchen. This kitchen has been thoughtfully renovated featuring all stainless-steel appliances by top brands Wolf and Asko. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area that comfortably seats four overlooking the screened in porch. The home features a built-in desk surrounded by a wall of windows complete with a printer perfect for working remote! The living room features new furnishings and a large flat screen TV perfect for movie nights. The sofa is a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate six in total. Off the living and dining is a second floor screened in porch that runs the length of the home complete with Adirondack seating for four and an open-air balcony at the front of the home with seating for two overlooking the wooded forest. The rear of the home features a newly installed wood deck, with outdoor dining for four and a charcoal grill with an adjacent outdoor shower perfect after a long day at the beach. This cottage is very pet friendly! The local Seaside residents are pet people, and they welcome all four-legged family members. Pets are required to be on-leash while outside in the Seaside community. The village grocery store, post office and the bookstore have sidewalk water bowls and lead tie-downs for all visiting pets.
