The adjacent yard is spacious and serene, shaded with trees, surrounded by flowering plants and singing birds. All essentials provided; queen bed, kitchenette with a microwave and small fridge, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle; 40" TV, DVD player, Netflix, WiFi; central A/C and a room fan; parking in a driveway; long term possible. The space The place is a part of one story house, with a sound insulated common wall. The house occupants stay in front of the house, and there are no common areas or yard to share. Guest access Master suite with exterior entrance, patio next to it with a table and chairs. Other things to note Pathway to the place entrance goes through yard, on 16"- wide stepping stones; there are lights, but bring a flashlight just in case, and watch your step. Bathroom door has a threshold; if you are not got used to step over it, put a mat or towel over it and watch your step. The thermostat for central A/C is located in the main house, set to 76 in summer.
