Welcome to Evergreens — a New Forest escape, perfect for slowing down, switching off and creating memories together. Spend your days in the forest, then come back to cook on the BBQ or pizza oven, light the fire and settle into the garden. There’s a hot tub for long, lazy soaks, plus a sauna and cold plunge if you’re feeling brave. And because this is England and the weather doesn’t always go to plan… you’re covered, with a games area (darts and table tennis) and a cosy cinema/snug inside. The space A beautiful detached home in Ashurst, New Forest with a private, colourful, fully enclosed garden, and direct access to the forest just across the road. Inside, the house feels bright, open and welcoming, with high ceilings and large rooms throughout. There’s a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces and plenty of room for groups to relax together or spread out. The garden is set up for outdoor living, with a hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, BBQ and pizza oven. There’s also a cosy cinema/snug, a covered games area with darts and table tennis, a small wellness space, and board games for relaxed evenings. Our photos are true to life — no wide-angle lenses — and if anything, Evergreens looks even better in person. Guest access Full access Other things to note Hot tub The hot tub is a much-loved feature, however availability cannot be guaranteed (for example due to cleaning, maintenance or water quality checks). If you’d like to use it during your stay, please let us know at least 5 days before check-in so we can do our best to have it ready. ⸻ Dogs Well-behaved family dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. A cleaning fee of £50 per dog applies. To keep the house comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that dogs are not left alone, remain downstairs and off the furniture, and that any mess in the garden is cleared promptly. Please also be mindful of noise, particularly barking, out of respect for neighbours. ⸻ Beds The house has 5 beds, with an additional sofa bed available in the attic. The nightly rate is based on use of the 5 standard beds. If you’d like the 6th bed made up, please let us know in advance — an additional charge of £100 applies. ⸻ Outdoor cooking A BBQ and pizza oven are available for guest use. A small starter supply of fuel is provided, but guests may wish to bring additional supplies depending on use. Please leave the BBQ and pizza oven clean after use, otherwise a £50 cleaning charge may apply. A quick brush of the grills and wiping down surfaces while still warm is usually all that’s needed. ⸻ A quick note Evergreens is designed to be a calm, enjoyable space for guests and neighbours alike, and tends to suit those looking for a more relaxed and considered stay.
