Luxury Waterside Cottage

Hannaford’s Quay at No 11 The Strand, Topsham, Devon, is a beautifully refurbished 18th Century quayside cottage situated just ten feet from the edge of the River Exe. Set in a fantastic location, it is spotless, well equipped has its own parking space and is a wonderful place to sample the delights of Topsham or to just enjoy the breathtaking south-west facing estuary views from its balcony. The cottage is available all year round for rental on a self-catering basis and sleeps up to six guests. The space The cottage is Grade II listed and was completely renovated in 2006. On the top floor it has two bedrooms, and an upstairs bathroom with electric shower and jacuzzi bath. The middle floor has a large living room with two three seater settees (one of which makes up into a double bed), leather armchair a 50 inch curved screen Smart TV, gas fire, and a South West balcony overlooking the estuary. The balcony is an excellent spot to see the sunset and to view the thousands of birds that pass through the estuary which is a World Heritage sight. Downstairs, there is a kitchen, dining area, and shower room. Outside there is off street parking. Guest access The whole cottage and front patio are available for guests. There is off street parking for one car. Other things to note We only rent out the property on a weekly basis with changeover day being Friday at 4pm.
