Cozy old skipper's house with a sunny enclosed garden. The house is located in Marstal's old town, close to the harbor and a lovely beach. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the house. The house dates back to 1780, which gives it lots of soul and charm. Don't expect a new and modern home, but a nostalgic experience. It's time to slow down, read, have fun and only worry about the next walk or trip to the beach. 1 dog or cat is welcome. Free bus on Ærø, which also includes bicycles. The space The house is decorated in an old style and grandmotherly. Old-fashioned furniture and furnishings with lots of charm, some guests describe it as living in a museum. Old uninsulated houses may smell a bit of ordinary mildew from walls, floors and ceilings; an extra charm. Contains: bedroom with 2 beds, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet room with sink. In the small flower garden there are lavenders, roses and clematis with seating here and there. Duvets and pillows are in the house, but please bring your own bed linen and towels. If you wish, final cleaning can be ordered for DKK 300. Guest access Access to all rooms on the ground floor. Locked to the ceiling. Other things to note You open the water in the hallway by turning the black handle horizontally, also turn on the water heater on the wall. Please bring your own towels, dish towels and bed linen. Extra duvets in the bedroom closet. Babies are welcome, however, there is no crib, high chair, changing table or other facilities in the house. Garden cushions are located in the outhouse, the key hangs under the water heater. There is no parking space at the house, but you can park on the corner of Kirkestræde and Lærkegade, 100 meters from the house.
