A rural house just outside the city limits of Woerden. The house is fully furnished for 8 people and is located in the middle of the green meadows. With a magnificent view over the countryside, it is a house where tranquility, space and above all cozy togetherness The space With 4 bedrooms and a large backyard, this house is ideal for a family or group of friends to celebrate a holiday. The house has its own private entrance and a private backyard. The backyard is divided into two parts, the part that is directly adjacent to the house (and surrounded by a fence for the safety of children) and an orchard which is completely surrounded by water. Here it is also possible to make a campfire. The house The house has 4 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the ground floor are all amenities and 2 bedrooms. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is the "chill" room with TV, PlayStation, sound system, etc. The kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, grill machine, toaster. As standard, there are glasses, pans, cutlery, plates, etc. IMPORTANT: At check-in, tourist tax of €1.50 per person, per night, must be paid. Guest access The house is a separate annex of a farm. There is no longer any agricultural activity on the premises. However, the owner lives in the farm. The house and the farm are separated from each other by a "road". The grounds are accessible to everyone. Other things to note It is important to know that the TV does not have channels but has a chrome box that allows a phone or laptop to be connected to the TV.
