Room with beautiful panoramic view of the city. The house is located inside a residential development in the city's Golden Zone, which has all the amenities. It's safe, with a golf course, plaza, soccer fields, and green areas. It's a mini city! The house's decor is minimalist, all lighting is LED light, eco-friendly, it has a solar heater and boiler, parking, the TVs are SMART TVs you can watch Netflix or other Internet things. The space The room is Totally Private, it is a very large space, with a king size bed, sofa bed, 62 inch SMART TV and you can also make use of the Netflix account. And in the bathroom, you can use the Jacuzzi. You will have keys to the room as well as the front door of the house to enter and exit at the time of your choice. Guest access The house has 4 levels, one of which is a basement level. The house's gym, event room, and lower garden are located in the basement. There, you can use the gym equipment, speakers, and Smart TV. On the first level, the main entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, second garden and 1/2 bathroom are located. On the second level, there is a second living room and common area to enter the rooms, where your room is totally private. On the third level, there is the terrace or roof of the house, where you have a 360° view, where you can see a panoramic view of the city and all the nature that surrounds the house! And you can make use of all these benefits! During your stay Upon your arrival at the house, I would love to welcome you, give you the basic instructions for the house, and help you resolve any questions you may have. Other things to note NOTE: the reservation is NOT for the entire house, it is for ONE totally private room. This room has its own bathroom with a Jacuzzi, and you would be sharing some spaces with the hosts such as the living room, kitchen, and dining room. As for those spaces, don't worry about us. We always seek the comfort of our Guests so that they don't feel our presence and feel more confident to make use of those spaces in the house. The house where the rooms are located is our day-to-day house, and what we always seek is for our Guests to have the best experience during their stay and feel comfortable at all times.
