Spacious and Stylish studio in a newly renovated secured building. This studio has 1 Queen bed, 1 private bathroom, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and A/C. Located on N Broad St & Callowhill St, only two blocks from Philadelphia City Hall and three blocks from Philadelphia Convention Center. Only one block from the subway station and a few blocks from the train station. A short walk to Whole Foods Market, Reading Terminal Market, Chinatown, the Art Museum, Logan Square, and Rittenhouse Square. The space LOCATION: Located on N Broad St & Callowhill St, 10 minutes walking distance to Philadelphia Convention Center and Chinatown. One block from the subway station (Spring Garden/Race Vine), a few blocks from the train station (Jefferson/Suburban). You will get to many places in a short distance - Philadelphia City Hall, Reading Terminal Market, The Love Park, Barnes Foundation, Eastern State Penitentiary, Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, The Met, PhilaMOCA, Union Transfer, Underground Arts, Penn's Landing, Old City, etc. PARKING: Several paid parking garages at a maximum of $26 overnight charge ($12 for SAT & SUN) are located next to the apartment building. Paid street parking is available at $2.5/hr. Free street parking is also available from 7 pm to 7 am (All day FREE on SUN) near the apartment but is not guaranteed as it is limited to the occupation in the street itself. Be sure to read all posted signs before parking. TRANSPORTATION: We are conveniently located only one block from the subway station (Spring Garden - BSL/ Race Vine - BSL), a few blocks from Jefferson Station and bus station (2, 4, 16 & BSO), which takes you up and down the entire Center City. Uber and Lyft are highly recommended to use around Center City because parking is a headache. SPACE: This studio unit has 420 sqft, accommodates 2 guests in 1 Queen Bed. A Roku Smart TV is located in this studio. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment unit. Other things to note You will need to submit your Photo ID, and e-sign a waiver on our check-in portal in order to receive the access code. Failure or refusal to complete the requirements above does not make reservations eligible for a refund. EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT: We are usually unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out needs. WHAT'S PROVIDED: Sheets & Towels (1 bath towel/washcloth per person), toilet paper, hair dryer, hand soap, drip coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and glassware. WHAT TO BRING: Bath toiletries, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towel, trash bags, coffee filters, specialty kitchen items (ovenware, tinfoil, preservative film, crock pot, roasting pans, etc.), and towels if you need more than we provide. HOUSEKEEPING: We will release your keyless entry codes at the scheduled 4:00 pm check-in time. However, please be aware that housekeeping may need to be on premises until as late as 6:30 pm to do a thorough cleaning job at your property during our busier check-in times. SUPPLIES: We do not provide room service or restock supplies during your stay. However if a housekeeping service is needed during your stay, it is available for an additional fee.
