Heaven 17- Beachside Sandgate

This beautiful, luxurious maisonette is situated in the tiny village of Sandgate. Situated close to the beach (mins away) and a flat walk along the seafront to more edgy and arty Folkestone, or walk the other way to more genteel Hythe. The roof terrace is for sun lovers and alfresco eating, not late night partying. The flat is quiet at night. There is paid parking close by and free parking a short walk away. A local guide will be provided. The space A beautiful maisonette over the 2nd and 3rd floor (so quite a lot of stairs). Overlooking a beautiful park to the front and the sea to the rear. The apartment has two bedrooms, with comfortable beds. The pillows and duvets are feather, the bed linen is of high quality. The master bedroom has amazing sea views, you can see France on a clear day. The apartment is modern with a fully fitted kitchen and two bathrooms (one bathroom and one shower room). The apartment has the benefit of a huge roof terrace, overlooking the sea, with sofas and sun loungers There is a raised deck with dining table and chairs for alfresco dining. We have close neighbours and therefore we ask our guest to respect them and their privacy. We kindly ask that guests also respect the 'quiet times' at this apartment with no late night parties. The apartment is not suitable for infants under four. The apartment has stairs on every level and onto the terrace. We have no cots, high chairs etc. and nowhere where prams or pushchairs can be stored. (Contact us if you feel you can work with this.) It is completely no-smoking and this includes the terrace. Other things to note The flat is in a residential area, definitely not a place to party in. Any house parties or events causing excessive or loud noise, particularly in the quiet hours will incur a £500 charge through Airbnb and by booking this apartment you have agreed to these terms. There is a car park just behind the property in Castle Road, (turn right at the Norfolk Hotel, then right again, car park is 150 m on your left). Approx £7 per 24 hours. From 6 pm to 8 am it’s free. Most convenient way is to use the Ringo app, then you can pay from the comfort of your flat. The car park is one minute away.
