Riverside Guest Annexe

Riverside guest annexe is in a secluded garden but is within 50m of Waterfall Park and Great Ayton High Green, with its shops, pubs, cafes, take-aways and Tourist Information. The annexe is attached to our house, but has its own entrance, patio, garden area and parking space. We can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, plus a third adult or up to 2 children on our pull-out and/or sofa bed. We provide bedding, towels and toiletries. No smoking or pets are permitted in the annexe. The space Riverside has its own private entrance which opens into a small sitting room (with sofa bed), leading through to a bedroom with a super-king bed (or two 3ft single beds), optional pull out bed, and en-suite shower room. We provide bed linen, towels and basic toiletries. There is no kitchen, but the bedroom has a kettle, toaster, small refrigerator and mugs, plates, bowls & cutlery to use for simple breakfasts and take-aways. We provide complimentary teabags, instant coffee, fresh milk, bread and jams. The patio has a table and chairs and is pleasant place to sit in the summer to enjoy the garden and the sound of the waterfall. We allow the use of disposable bbq’s (bring your own or we can supply at cost) sitting on bricks (provided) on the patio. There is a private, gravelled parking area for one car and there is free off-street parking just outside our entrance. Guest access Guests have sole use of a patio and large area of garden. Other things to note Small children should never be left unattended in our garden as we have a river on one boundary, a road just outside our un-gated entrance, and a small pond in the private part of our garden.
