Private room at garage level, completely separate from owners living space. You have your own private entrance on secluded side of the house. The room has a queen bed, bathroom/shower. You have access to all the outside living areas around the garden. Enjoy the she shed for coffee or wine or for just reading a book. The outside bathtub is relaxing, robes are available for your tub experience. The room has a small frig, a coffeemaker, toaster, and a microwave, grill on back patio. A garden gate will take you to the Botanical Garden and also to the luxurious she shed. The garden is usually in full bloom May-Sept. There is a grill for you to use on the back patio by the koi pond. no dogs allowed. You have your own space to park on the right side of the main driveway. I do have bikes for you to use. I am usually out around the garden and home but do stay out of your way. Great restaurants in the area, beach town. 5 minutes from all resturants Owners are home and you may occasionally see them. We do have 3 poodles...... the poodles are friendly.
