This sweet historic one bedroom house is located in the heart of California's gold country. It is perfect for a romantic get away, just to relax, or for easy access to numerous Sierra foothill activities. We are conveniently located halfway between California's two historic wine regions of Murphys and the Shenandoah Valley. Or for the more adventuresome, we are also located half way between beautiful Lake Tahoe and Yosemite. The space The historic Church Street Cottage has just one bedroom so is ideal for one to two people. Additional people may be accommodated with an inflatable bed. This cottage is accessed by stairs, so is not suitable for physically challenged or young visitors. The house is generously sized with a living and dining area, a fully remodeled modern kitchen, large bedroom and en suite bath, laundry facilities, and a lovely deck for outdoor dining. Guest access The Church Street Cottage is a single family residence on a large landscaped lot in a quiet neighborhood. A covered carport is available for guests' cars, however guests are asked to please not block access to the neighbor's driveway. Other things to note Regrettably dogs are not allowed.
