Two cottages, pool, parc, privacy, beaches nearby

You rent two small country houses for a maximum of 6 people. The country houses are located in a large well-kept property of 10,000 square meters between an olive grove and wild corners at the end of the property for playing Indian games. The country houses are quiet and somewhat hidden on the Rio Chia River and are only a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach. A large pool of 15 m in length and 1 m to 1.80 m in depth is located behind the lawn. Two sandy beaches are a 10- to 15-minute walk away. The space The 10000 sqm property is only 350 m from the sea in the best location. Quiet even in summer. The 2 country houses are pure summer houses with large open but covered terrace and a park-like well-kept garden around. Casa Rustico has two bedrooms (one is large and the other smaller for the children), a toilet with shower, a kitchen and a covered place to sit and eat. Casa Minipix has one bedroom, a small bathroom with shower and also a kitchen. And a large covered terrace for sitting and eating. You are staying in the countryside surrounded by nature. Dust and spider webs can form quickly. Please do not book the country house if you are very sensitive to this. The croaking of the frogs should not disturb you, nor the chirping of the crickets and geckos on the walls. I am writing this in such detail because we have already had complaints about this. ;-) P.S. The country houses are only rented together, not individually! Guest access You have access to all spaces. Other things to note My vacation homes with swimming pool are used at your own risk. My gardener Giacomo takes care of compliance with the chlorine and pH values. He cleans the swimming pool if necessary. Please always place a large towel on the mattresses of the sun loungers. Do not use sun oil, only fast-absorbing sun milk. Wait a little after applying the lotion before going swimming.
