It is open plan with the dining room, so you can keep the cook company! The kitchen leads to the garden. First Floor On the first floor there are two bedrooms. To the front is a good-size family bedroom with double bed and a single bed. The master bedroom has sea views and can be a twin or the two 3' single beds can be joined to make a 6' super king bed. There is an immaculate house bathroom tiled in quality white and blue Delft tiles with a bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin plus an electrc shaver socket in-built into the over-basin mirror. Outside Outside is a pretty lawn and planted borders wih shrubs and plants plus a flagged terrace with a table and chairs – enjoy the first cuppa of the morning and enjoy the view or a nightcap under the stars! There is private parking space for 2 cars on the front driveway. There is also unrestricted on-street parking, on a first come, first served basis immediately outside the house. We respectfully ask that guests do not charge their cars at the property as this invalidates the homeowners property insurance
