The space The 80 sqm, fully equipped and light-filled "penthouse by the sea" has a separate entrance and free parking. The penthouse, for up to three people, offers a large, bright and cozy sea view-living room with sofa bed (lying area: 120cm x 240cm), TV and Internet. Another highlight is the beautiful, all-day sun-drenched sea view-winter garden, with wide open windows and lounge furniture. The fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining table for 4 people also offers fantastic sea views. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (180cm x 200cm x 200cm) and a large closet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, towel heater and bathroom utensils. Bed linen and towels do not have to be brought, but are available upon arrival. Other storage options can be found in built-in wardrobes in the hallway. On request you are welcome to bring your beloved four-legged friend (small animals). Guest access The Penthouse is a self-contained property with private access and entrance. You own the complete penthouse including conservatory.
