Quiet & safe neighborhood. Share kitchen, living room & dining room, & bathtub. Private half bath Quiet place to stay, and/or study Good for students, solo adventurers & business travelers. Other things to note Home rules: No smoking/drugs/alcohol , no party permitted. No visitor or extra guest permitted Be considerate keeping shared areas tidy and clean after using it in Consideration to others. No laundry or noises from 10pm to 8 am Report any breakage or malfunction of any kind as soon as possible to owner.
