‘Het Dijkhuis’, comfortable room in suburban home.

A comfortable and quiet homebase in a green area with easy access to the city center. Our modernised 1930’s home is located on an old summer dyke in IJsselmonde. You have the use of a cosy bedroom (with two single or one double bed) on the first floor with a private bathroom. Public transport, shopping mall and park are at walking distance. The city centre is at a 10 minutes ride by train. The Kinderdijk Mills are a must see at a 20 minutes drive from our home. Private parking for cars <5 m. Other things to note From March 3, 2025, there will be paid parking everywhere within the ring of Rotterdam. Cars up to 5 meters long can be parked in our private parking lot. Cars longer than 5 meters can be parked in the street at a visitor rate of €0.78 per hour from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and on Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Registration Details NLD05993062BB9EF403B77A
