We are a 4 season cabin located in the town of Winnipeg Beach. Beautifully decorated featuring knotty pine interior with vaulted ceilings, updated kitchen & granite counters. 4 season sunroom features spacious dining area for family dinners. Exterior has a wraparound deck, outdoor seating, a fire pit, hot tub and play structure. 15 min walk to the beach. 1.5 blocks to pier overlooking the shores of Lake Winnipeg. Close to the town of Winnipeg Beach with several restaurants and stores. The space Master Bedroom features comfortable Queen mattress with a pack n play provided for babies and toddlers. 2nd bedroom features a double lower bottom bunk and a single top bunk. This beautiful custom wooden bed frame adds a modern rustic charm and can sleep 3 people total. The third bedroom is smaller and has a bunk bed, sleeps 2 people. The dining room is located in the large, bright 4 season sunroom. Plenty of room to enjoy meals with the family. The outdoor deck has seating in both the front and the back. Perfect for visiting and meals al fresco. The backyard has a fire pit to enjoy summer evenings roasting marshmallows with the kids. There is a hot tub with access off the deck that is operational year round. (please see house rules regarding hot tub usage.) We also have a wooden play structure and a small netted trampoline . (Please see house rules regarding trampoline usage). Grill and BBQ utensils are provided for outdoor cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, coffee maker and basic pantry staples to make you're retreat with us as home-like as possible. Guest access Ample parking in the back ( accessed from back lane), or on the front street. Winnipeg beach is a vibrant and adorable beachtown with plenty of restaurants, swimming, shops and fishing spots. A guest guide will be provided in the cottage with a list of local amenities, restaurants, where to swim, and things to do during your stay. The pier is only 1.5 blocks away and overlooks the lake, and has access for unsupervised swimming as well. A short walk along the water will bring you to a small private beach area (unsupervised). The provincial park beach is supervised and is a short 2 minute drive from the cabin or can also be walked or biked to. Other things to note Wifi and Roku will be available to stream your own movies and shows to the TV. DVD player is also available, you can bring your own dvd's.
